"Property was new, nice, and big (it was basically a full fledged one room apartment we had). Two TVs, kitchenette and washing machine. Location was well placed within 10min walk to gaya street. Only drawback was that Citadines co-shares the plot and common facilities w an apartment building called Northshore (different wing) which brings along w that, tons of short-stay crowd (amongst them children) and noise in the common areas, esp the pool. "

Only slight negatives was tgat the bars clided at 10pm which is a littke early, and some of the "hot" breakfast items were not kept that hot. But overall thoroughly recommend the Grandis when staying in Kota Kibabalu and we would not hesitate to stay again."
