"This hotel near Model Beach goes by many names: one is Sea Paradise, another is D2. It's a bit tricky to find it hidden in a lane off the main road to Model Beach. "The location of the hotel is bad, approach roads are extremely dirty with garbage dumped all around. Just opposit to the hotel is the Sankaracharya temple so you will be woken up by the bhajans at 5:30 AM. The complimentary breakfast was average. The hotel is not clean, rooms are dirty, curtains extremely dirty, the doormats dirty and wet, the bed sheets were used ones which they did not bother to change. The room was damp and smelt musty, does not look like it has been aired for a long time....

"We checked in on 11th August and stayed there for four nights. The experience was far from satisfactory. Check in was smooth, but found that the room not accessible by lift and for every activity we were forced to use stair. The room was very small with tiny smelly toilet not worthy of the price.
