"Great place for a family vacation "

"We were the only "European" tourists staying in the hotel but were made to feel very welcome. The food was excellent and while relatively expensive compared to some of the local restaurants still very good value. Only down side is that if they have a wedding etc on it can be noisy in the garden rooms and the pool/pool area can be out of use."

"Hotel has no elevator, steps are high, no accessible room. I didn't stay there. I have to leave the hotel because my wife need accessible room and they dobt have a single room which ir accessible for a person with difficulty in mobility. I have arrived around 8:30 pm. I decided to leave immediately. Front desk manager said that if booking agent, expedia call them , they will return the money. Expedia states that they couldn't contact the hotel. I have contacted the hotel. They told that no one...

"Our stay at NRS Royal Palace was memorable. Booking and Checkin process was smooth and the breakfast and other food options were really good.The sea facing rooms are very spacious and balcony provides anazing view of the sea. The best part was location is safe and has a private beach, just cross the street, very peaceful and away from crowd. "The room definitely could have been cleaned better. I had a room with no windows. Had to annoyingly leave the keys every morning for a clean. The ringing noise could be every morning, it was a crazy buzzing noise. It drive me insane. The short female lady on reception took extra money on check out, and was rude through me whole stay, staff done acknowledge you, room service took forever, housekeeping took 40mins to drop my a towel on 3 occasions. Best part is it quite local to beach and temple. "
