"This place is so lovely. The staff is top notch. Everyone was so kind and welcoming! I will say you need to get reservations for the restaurants ahead of time bc otherwise you’ll have to eat at the buffet. (Which is amazing too). The daily events are so fun! Make sure to ask for a calendar of events! We are already planning a return visit! "

"We had our butler Deiby Santana , he was very helpful and awesome . He made few changes with our fine dining due to our excursions schedule and he made it happened the very last minute . He made sure our bell boy was available on the day of our departure for our luggages. I would rate the food as 5 out of 10 . The “ privilege “ upgrade is definitely worth it . There’s one thing that we were not pleased with , the waiting for your dinner is extremely long . The fine dining would take about 1-1/2 - 2 hours . The property is beautiful with lots of amenities . You must try the only red clay courts in Punta Cana . "
