"We like everything, one of the best hotels in the caribbean. "

"Toilets did not work. We paid for one king size bed and was given twin beds. I had to spend two hours to resolve the problem, yet was not given a late check out."

"La peor experiencia en un hotel en construcción lleno de obreros, con un solo restaurante abierto, sin bartender ni servicio en piscina ni playa en fin una pesadilla no unas vacaciones en Punta cana. Llegamos en la noche tarde y al otro día al ver el escenario solicitamos cancelar, pague otro hotel por expedía y aún no me quieren devolver el dinero de esta obra que no se le puede llamar hotel para vacacionar. Espero nadie vaya sin saber que es una pura estafa. Es decir no está apto para vender. "

"Went last week of April, so some rain. Ocean was great, with great snorkling right off the shore. We saw a flounder, rays, pufferfish, lobsters, plus reef fish. Coral is growing but looks young. Loved the excursions with viva, they had tour guides that spoke multiple languages. Staff was friendly. Room was basic but the grounds were beautiful with ducks, birds, and igunanas. Food was adequate but lacked flavor. Yes I would go again."

"Incredibly beautiful resort, such kind staff. Occasional issues with odd things, like it was weirdly difficult to request an extra blanket to the room and instead we just got a bunch of extra sheets. Or the menu descriptions of food didn't quite match what came to the table. But overall didn't diminish the value of the trip."

"First of all the only thing we liked was the staff service. Specially Sr. Bolivar Rivas (driver). This person is at your service and problem solving that makes you feel protected. Super Professional and Respectful and a great Human. Another staff is Sr. Jose Nunez waiter (captain) he runs a ship with such a smooth sailing and great human. And finally SR. Adrian Jimenez waiter at the Level Melia beach snack restaurant. He is amazing on remembering your drinks and constantly offering his service....

"The Royal Service area was fantastic. It was much quieter than the other areas of the resort. It also included its own restaurant (Palazzo), just for Royal Service guests. We would be happy to come back next year."
