The space was good for our family of 3 adults and my son liked his bedroom with a nice bed and a writing desk. They are proud owners of this renovated property in the 1880s hi E and the new units in the back. Both are hard working and responsive making your stay comfortable. We were there on Christmas Eve and Sarah played Christmas songs with her violin, a real treat and made our trip to Punta Arenas special!"

"Excellent hotel and location. Many flight crew stayed here also. Overall great location and stay. We needed two bed and selected the upgraded room upon online booking but still needed to negotiate the “upgrade” on arrival which was accommodated without paying more again. "

"The hostel is clean, well maintained and friendly service. The beds are comfortable and showers has lots of very very hot water. The hotel is centrally located so can walk every where. Breakfast is free (coffee, eggs, toast, ham, cheese, yogurt, cereal and fruit salad). Also can take breakfast to go. "
