"Property is very simple but nice.Great for backpackers, budget travelers, and those who wish to be away from the noise of the city.Couple who own Tribal House are very nice but speak very little English .They have two dogs and two cats that I became fast friends with. Their granddaughter was swinging on the swing set in the front yard the second morning of my stay.Property is around 10 minutes from Punta Arenas, and right across the street from the Straight of Magellan."

"We had a comfortable room (#3) with a great view of the city. This is a small hostal, very quiet and a short 15 minute walk to downtown. The room was cleaned and beds made every day around 11am. The owner Evelyn was very helpful to us. We were pleased with our stay."

Walking distance to restaurants and waterfront, try Le Chocolat for a decadent treat. Lomitos fun for good sandwiches and ice cream. "
