"The hotel room was clean itself but looked on one of the lampshades there was some very unpleasant stains on it to say the least. The beds was very comfy along with the pillows and place felt clean overall. Also maybe a few less scratches on the wall, could maybe do with a lick of paint. Also there was a music event on till 1am and they gave us 1 extra hour on checkout which wasn’t really needed. "

"Great. Mix up at first hotel was fully booked no room for me I confirmed a classic room booking so they put away near the weddings and reception are From my room to reception was 283 steps Quite a walk I can tell you Otherwise fine "

"Good: Nice location and lovely friendly staff. Room was overall comfortable. Breakfast was lovely Spa was great. Bad: freezing cold! Heating not adequate for the cold weather and switched off at night. Lucky I had a spare T-shirt and blanket to sleep in. Doors very draughty and left noise in(old and wooden with huge gaps) Toilet wasn’t fasten to floor so extremely wobbly(have told reception) Noise from other rooms /courtyard and doors slamming. But had had phones Overall. Lovely location...

Lovely period apartment, great hotel

"The room was very comfortable and homely. I was woken by a droning noise which on inspection was coming from either a boiler or air conditioning unit outside by the kitchen area. I put the tv on low to cover it and did go back to sleep. The check in was smooth and friendly. Unfortunately the heating wasn’t working but the site manager came over and discovered that the boiler wasn’t working so there was no hot water or heating. I was offered another room but I had already unpacked and it was late so he brought me another blanket. I would definitely stay here again as the hotel is lovely and service excellent. Okay there was a problem, but sometimes things like I had do happen but it’s how things are dealt with are important."
