The beach is very relaxing, not a lot of vendors which is good!Stayed there a couple of years and go and the food quality for the dinner options were much better! The drinks were watered down. It was very loud at night when trying to sleep, a lot of people walking by our room, yelling, sounded like they were dropping dishes and cups!

The staff was AMAZING. All of them!! Attentive, kind, playful, helpful. Always a smile. The room as OK. The sheets were rough & scratchy. The A/C never cooled the room. The European style of a half glassed-in shower baffles me. Completely soaked bathroom with every shower. A sink faucet that barely hangs over the sink. Just annoying details. The pool looked nice (only my husband used it) but this property has far too many little, little kids for us. That's our bad as we should have chosen an adults only property. The beach is very far to get to, down either a ton of stairs or several elevator floors. That just didn't work for us. Wonderful bar over the beach. There is no perceived nor communicated excitement about activities. The main bar has something different every night but we only found out half way through our stay from bar staff. No signs. No announcements. There is a theater with shows that we found out about on our last night. No heads up at all. There were super fun activities at the pool but if you weren't there at the right time, you would have no idea. At check-in, we were assigned a concierge. She was lovely, but didn't go over any activities. By far, the biggest disappointment was the food. EVERYTHING was over cooked yet cold. I had to have food reheated because it was only room temp. Even from different stations. Baked goods were flat & tasteless. No attention to detail. A lot of food doesn't mean to good food. A new chef is called 4. Steakhouse was great!

My husband and I just returned from our stay there for our honeymoon. The staff and service were friendly and helpful! The cleaning services were also great. The only downfall was that there was no shuttle service. Expedia also doesn’t let you know this when booking. So be sure to have money for a cab! The app was really helpful when finding where things were and what time they opened at the resort. The restaurants had a long wait even if you showed up on time, but the buffet was always really good!

This place has false advertisement. Nothing was as it appeared online. I was there for less than 30 mins and realized I could not stay there for the 4 nights I had booked. Myself and 5 other groups I was with cancelled our stay and went elsewhere. The floors were wet from humidity and the AC barely worked in our room. There was no AC at the buffet and options were limited with flies all over the food. My father in-law slipped from the wet floors and hit his head. We tried calling the front desk multiple times and they never answered. Worst experience ever. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

This resort came highly recommended to us by other families (we have a toddler) so we had high hopes, however, the resort was very run down. The kid pool and slides were covered in algae (until our last day when we noticed them bleaching everything in the morning), we had to call maintenance 3 separate times to our room (our shower wasn’t working, AC wasn’t working and our safe died) and the only redeeming quality was the food. Do not recommend.

The pool had a bunch of bugs and dirty. There was a big fight one night and security did nothing, took the ambulance and police more than an hour to get there. Super bad experience

Staff was extremely friendly, only inconvenience i had with others was the elevators in my building weren't working for my entire stay

We came for a wedding and had the most wonderful time. We stayed in a beach access room and can honestly say it was stunning. 10/10 recommend.

Toiletries like hand soap and shampoo containers where empty, refrigerator didn’t work well drinks were not cold enough to enjoy them, there was roaches in the room we stay personal of the hotel were informed. I had a emergency and to be able to get a well chair took so long

Mucho que mejorar, las instalaciones se encuentran en buen estado pero el servicio del staff fue mas que deficiente y la limpieza en las habitaciones deja mucho que desear con olor a humedad en la ropa de cama y toallas. Limitar los horarios del room service y no tener suficientes opciones de restaurantes en las horas pico provocaron una mala experiencia.
