"We just came back from Coconut Bay Beach Resort. We had an excellent time at the resort. This was one of our best vacations. Our son has celiac disease and typically it is a problem to find something that is gluten-free and the choices are limited. Here at the resort, we met with the chef and he walked us through the buffet and showed us what is available to our son. The staff was very aware and knowledgeable about gluten-free options. Each restaurant at the resort had numerous gluten-free options; if we had questions, a chef would come out and offer help. There are a lot of activities in the resort and water sports on the beach. The beach is not busy and finding a shady or sunny place is not a problem. We would absolutely come back again."
