"I just want to say that Christian the front desk manager was very accommodating after I had a mishap with my booking no fault of Royalton. Additionally, Neil and Kenali was great. I cannot stressed how they took time to ensure myself and family was comfortable, nothing seems like a bother and for that I’m so grateful. It’s a beautiful property multiple dinning options too much for the short stay. Lots to do, excellent shopping options. Indeed a great choice for families. "

"Bel Jou hotel is highly recommended. It’s a very good value all inclusive hotel in St Lucia. Staff are excellent all polite helpful and friendly. Fire show is staggering with 6 foot flames blow in the air! Excursions with hotel pick were good. We did the zip wire ( actually 8 wires) in the rain forest and also the dolphin and whale watching. We saw 3 whales diving and over 40 dophins. Many people there are on there 2nd or 3rd visit."

"The staff is especially caring and friendly. Water sports were available for all levels. The resort is absolutely beautiful. We took the Jammer all day excursion and it was terrific, but good snorkeling is accessible right at the resort. Just be aware that the airport is far away and you will need a taxi. "

Everybody from front desk, housekeeping, bartenders, servers, entertainment staff, spa attendants, and groundskeepers were all so attentive to details and made us feel welcome every single day! Food was great in all of the restaurants! Pools were amazing! Activities were fun!!! Something for everybody!!! Can’t wait to come back here again some day and bring friends with us! "

"The Jade Mountain Resort is spectacular. My wife and I stayed in one of the sanctuary suites and it was unbelievable. The view of the Piton Mountains and Caribbean is breathtaking. The service and food is top notch. There are many activities like scuba and sailing. Fyi. there are no elevators. The resort is built on the side of a mountain. You must be able to handle a lot of stairs. I highly recommend this resort hotel. "

"Loved the smallness of the resort with the individual cottages, made meeting other guest very easy. The patios opening right to the beach made mornings and evening one of our favorite times. Staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to assist. "

"This is a very beautiful, romantic, and unique resort on the beautiful island of St. Lucia. The suite that I stayed at had amazing views, and the open concept with 3 walls made me felt like I was sleeping in a tree house in the middle of a rainforest. During our stay, we had trouble with the WiFi and pool heating system. However, the staff was so great and they quickly fixed it promptly. The mosquitoes was an issue for me, and I wished the bugs repellent worked better. At the end of the day, each and everyone of the staff was so attentive, helpful and friendly, and they really ensured we had a great experience. I was a bit worried that I might get bored dining at the only restaurant there, but I never get bored of the views and what was on the menu with their daily special. Highly recommended. "
