"Its a nice resort outside rooms - available pool and seating, chef and bar and nice outdoor atmosphere. Very walkable to the mall, grocery and food stalls nearby etc. However there was an Issue with cleanliness of rooms and condition of amenities inside. Towels provided seemed to be stained - looked like makeup, not sure; used toilet paper and condition of shower, shower head and kitchen weren’t in the best condition. Also did not see a microwave but there was a fridge."

"breakfast is always very good. They need to put more chicken and turkey choices for non pork eaters though. The beach is amazing always clean and serene with an almost unlimited number of beach chairs. They should place towels closer, this is my 4th stay and it irks me to walk al that way for beach towels, if I forgot mine in the room"

"Jade Mountain was the crown jewel of our 10-day adventure in Saint Lucia.
We celebrated my husband’s 40th birthday on the island, and as avid travelers who love immersing ourselves in local culture and cuisine, we explored every corner—from fishing villages to hidden beaches. But no matter how much we saw, nothing compared to returning to the serenity and splendor of Jade Mountain.
The resort is truly a sanctuary. Our major domos were attentive and thoughtful, making every moment feel effortless and luxurious. The open-air design of our sanctuary, complete with a private infinity pool and a panoramic view of the Pitons, left us speechless. Watching the sun rise and set over those iconic peaks from the comfort of our room was pure magic.
The yogis were very experienced, the food was delicious and the sunsets were magical.
Jade Mountain isn’t just a place to stay—it’s an experience we’ll never forget. Easily one of the best travel memories we’ve made together."

"Absolutely amazing!! We have been to many Caribbean islands and we now have our favorite… especially for having active 9 and 11 year old boys!! Delicious food, engaging activities, kids club is divided by ages, set up is perfect, very clean, drinking water was deliciously fresh, the pools don’t close so you can do night swimming, super close to the airport, awesome excursions… can’t say enough!
