"Wir haben die Übernachtung nicht wahrnehmen können, da es keinerlei Möglichkeit gab früher an einen Schlüssel zu kommen oder Gepäck abzustellen.Von der Veranstaltung her(DFB Pokal Finale) wäre es sehr schwierig geworden nochmal das Hotel anzufahren. "Die Unterkunft selbst war bestens. Leider gab es Schwierigkeiten beim Check In, da der Code für die Türöffnung nicht übermittelt, bzw. die Info zum Check In nicht übermittelt wurde. Nach einigen Telefonaten wurde das Problem von einer netten Mitarbeiterin per Telefon gelöst. Die Auffindung der Unterkunft stellte sich sehr schwierig dar, zumindest zu den gegebenen Umständen , es regnete und war sehr dunkel. Wir fanden sie schließlich durch Hilfe einer Mitarbeiterin der Pizzabäckerei um die Ecke....
