"I've stayed here 3x. Here are my thoughts. - Ask for a 2nd blanket. They're small. Pillows are puffy at first but become thin. - The restaurant staff can be very... German. Always a complication with our order. They get very defensive. The Potato soup and beef sandwich are fantastic. When I asked for them to take to the room they brought the food out on a tray in large ceramic bowls and plates. Imagine trying to carry large very full bowls of soup up an elevator by yourself. - Self Check In asks for a confirmation number. It is NOT on your Hotels.com receipt. Have that ready before you check in. - The breakfast is very good but does get old after the 2x visit."
