Check-in was quick, and the front desk clerk was pleasant. I appreciated that. However, while the clerk noted that our child would be sleeping on the pull-out sofa bed, she didnt anticipate or comment that there wasn't any linens in the room. It would have been nice for her to note this. When I called down to the front desk to request linens, it took a very long time! The clerk commented that the housekeeping staff had other tasks and priorities, and there was only one housekeeper on duty. At nearly midnight, someone finally arrived to our room with the bedding, which was 4.5 hours before we had to wake-up to begin getting ready for our early morning flight. This was frustrating and disappointing.
