"It’s my first time staying in a hostel and to be honest I was skeptical about it. Especially since it’s downtown Ottawa, but to my surprise there wasn’t any junkies inside the hostel even for its location, the space was clean and warm. Staff super polite and informative. I stayed in the all female portion and it was great. You can do your laundry, use the kitchen and even have a little living room to share and meet people. The location is great too ."
