Very clean. The junior suite was small but had everything I needed for my stay. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with place settings for six, a fridge and oven and even a small dishwasher. I like the mobile key in the app - no keys to lose. There are lockers to store your baggage after you check out, which is very convenient. Walking distance to Parliament, the Roger’s Centre, the Rideau Canal and many other attractions.

The localization was perfect. Everything is nearby, especially the entrance for the canal Rideau to go ice skate. Restaurants, cafés and other stores are easily accessible. The apartment was very clean and cozy. Perfect spot at a perfect price. thank you

It was a quiet building and it was only a few minute walk to Rideau centre and parliament building. Close to public transit if you want to go elsewhere. Overall I thought the experience was fantastic.

Went Ottawa to skate on the Rideau Canal and this location was perfect! A 4 minute walk to the start of the skating. Friendly staff and lots of storage lockers.

Great experience with the self-check in and phone access for the room once I got things set up. Individual at the front desk didn’t acknowledge us as we came in carrying bags, but I was able to figure things out from the app and let them continue their phone call. Room was nice, just what I was expecting. Traffic noise is present but understandable given it is right on Albert. They’ll even throw in earplugs if you need them.

The hot water took 10 minutes to work on the 12th floor. Usually, hot water isn't an issue at the Sonder Arlo. It might be due to the water reaching the top floor. I would stay there again despite the issue.
