My only complaint was that I asked for a "curling iron" and they sent up a straightener which is just the opposite...and when I plugged it in it didn't work. Also employees did not know that a USB port for charging our cell phone was built in to the back of the bedside table lamp...they seemed surprised when we pointed it out to them upon checking out.
