"Our flight was canceled at the last minute and we needed a place to stay overnight. Of course, all of the motels on the app raised their prices immediately when they realized there was activity late at night with everyone trying to book a room. I was able to find a room at the Kona resort at their usual price. The staff member that checked us in was so kind and offered us a cot as we needed a third bed. Even though our stay was short, it was very enjoyable, and we greatly appreciated the service and lovely accommodations. "

"We love the Outrigger property. Stayed for a week and it is very comfortable. The room was spacious and I loved the decor. The cleaners are the friendliest employees of the entire hotel."

"Super hospitable staff, really quick service. I wish there was more light in the bathroom/vanity area (I know, weird suggestion but the girlies understand). Some of the commotion on the street from folks enjoying themselves woke me up, but nothing too horrible. Unbeatable location if you aren’t able to be ON the beach front resorts."
