"Our flight was canceled at the last minute and we needed a place to stay overnight. Of course, all of the motels on the app raised their prices immediately when they realized there was activity late at night with everyone trying to book a room. I was able to find a room at the Kona resort at their usual price. The staff member that checked us in was so kind and offered us a cot as we needed a third bed. Even though our stay was short, it was very enjoyable, and we greatly appreciated the service and lovely accommodations. "

"Kasa was so helpful, friendly and welcoming during the check in process and allocated me a fabulous room in my favourite part of the property where I can see my favourite body boarding reef. I feel completely safe in the hotel and all the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The staff at Momosan are too and their food is delicious. The hotel is in a great location for all beach activities, walking, shopping and dining. The Go Green housekeeping initiative is a terrific idea. It's impossible not to feel relaxed and happy when staying at the Alohilani. That was my 6th stay and I'll be back for more as long as they maintain their very high standards of customer service. Congratulations to the manager and all the staff for a job well done!"

"Huge property. A lot of walk to get to the beach because the property is huge. The 3 swimming pools are good but needs to come early so you could get chair by the pool."

But after we explain the unfair to us as booked from Hotel.com only received $25 . They are very happy to re-isuued a new discount for us. Even it's a small things, but we fell very marm. Otherwise 2 room 7 days is separated can be seven time discount. "
