"Good place to stay if you want to be near allthe action of Waikkii, but the hotel was very busy during our stay. Long waits for the elevators and they tried to charge me $50 for holding my luggage that I ship by FedEx. "

"Fabulous stay! We love the Marriott; attentive, professional staff, wonderful food and beautiful grounds. HOWEVER, this is NOT a particularly handicap friendly property; the room doors are quite heavy making it challenging to hold the door open while maneuvering a wheelchair. There is also a threshold at the base of the door that is difficult to cross over. There are few elevators making it difficult to get to the pool areas.
