"Check in was really slow and we were in a long queue that took an hour to get to the desk to check in. There were additional staff walking around and I am not sure why they weren't talking to the guests waiting to check in or have additional check in facilities. There was also no toilet paper in our apartment which I had to phone housekeeping to ask for. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay but unsure if we would stay again if we have to queue for an hour to check in. "

"Casino dining options are poor such busy periods and disappointing most the restaurants are closed. The casino experience is no longer a preference things usually change for the better in this case the worst. "

"Very basic room. No art at all on the walls. Furniture falling apart. Only a frypan in the kitchenette, except for the lid for a saucepan that didn’t exist. No where to plug in the kettle except sit it on top of the microwave. Bed was fine. It was ok but for the price I paid I expected better. "

"Easy check in, room clean. The property has permanent guests. We experienced loud music from next door to a permanent resident for a limited period but short duration so wasn’t really a problem. Staff very friendly and helpful. "
