"Place was nice, beds were the comfiest in Nicaragua. Stayed at multiple hotels and the beds were by far the most comfy. The showers were the least favorite, they need better shower heads and cleaner showers, they need to be scrubbed regularly. Staff was friendly and helpful. They were there when you needed them. Pool was a plus, it is cleaned daily. Due to the flora it does get debris which is inevitable. I would definitely stay again."

"Everything was excellent except for the bathroom. The room they gave me had a bathtub and it was hard for the water to go down the drain, leaving several other people's hairs in it. I particularly didn't like the new update in the bathroom. I liked it a lot more when it had the glass door, but now it had a curtain that got too wet and the tub took away that special touch from before. "Our 1night stay(my daughter & niece went to Grupo Frontera concert) was very excellent . We dined in the main restaurant early and the food & service was excellent . Our rooms were clean and comfortable Breakfast buffet in the morning was overwhelming with so many really good choices. All we tried were delicious . We enjoyed the hotel’s pool after breakfast . We were very happy with our stay "

"The staff are very helpful and friendly, and the front desk ladies do speak English very well! The hotel is very quaint, beautiful art everywhere, bed is comfortable room is nice size, and AC is a very nice treat. Breakfast is very good, with fresh cut fruit and fresh squeezed juice. "This is the best hotel we have ever been to. It is designed, built, and operated by the owner JC Espinoza, an accomplished architect for his clients. The view is simply phenomenal overlooking volcano Masaya which had a minor eruption on Dec 22, 2024. The hotel also overlooks lake Masaya, an old volcano crater.
