"Beautiful boutique hotel, our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel was well kept and the common areas make your stay feel like home.The staff was very helpful, friendly, patient, and accommodating. Breakfast was intimate and the food was fresh and delicious. The rooftop pool area was relaxing with a great view. The hotel is in a location close to restaraunts, stores, Getsemani, and local sites. "I had an amazing stay at Moet Cartagena . The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. The room was spotless, and the the location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and the historic center . I especially think that they should improve the breakfast, give more options and have a menu printed out for the guest. Highly recommend!"

"At a hotel of this quality some items or in short supply: towels, lighting in the room, coffee pods for the coffee maker. Bar soap. Air conditioning works great but it was almost impossible to adjust the thermostat in our room, which needs replacement. The rooftop pool is an oasis of calm and I a city buzzing with tourists. It should be noted that in this humidity, a towel never dries after use. Breakfast buffet is plentiful. Vooked items are mostly fried."

Everyone was really nice but I have to mention that Edurdo, the concierge and Jairo, the manager, were very helpful.
