"I thought the property was clean, friendly staff, and it was close to everything. Only a 10 minute walk to the Melacon. I felt safe in the area and had a very pleasant stay.

"We had a great experience at this hotel! My favorite dinner spot was the Brazilian steakhouse absolutely amazing. On the other hand, I wasn’t a fan of Frida, the Mexican restaurant, as it didn’t feel authentic at all.
We’ve never been comfortable leaving our daughter at a daycare, but the kids club here completely changed that. Fernanda was wonderful so kind and caring with our daughter, who loved spending time there. This gave my husband and me some much-needed alone time.
Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely come back!"
"Everything was excellent and clean . The only thing we didn’t really like was the food . I think you should serve more international food rather than just Mexican food. I felt like there was not much variety of international food. The restaurants that needed reservations were excellent especially the steak.The pool staffs were excellent and super nice .

"We had an overall great experience. This resort is very family friendly and my kids enjoyed the pool area as much as accessing the beach with much ease. Staff and service was good for the most part with the exception of 1-2 staff who looked annoyed when ordering beverages. "
