"We enjoyed staying here very much. It was nice because it was a mostly Mexican clientele, and we weren't surrounded by other gringo's like ourselves. Haha. That's kind of the point of visiting another country. The only complaints we had were that despite having a beautiful private beach, the house music was way too loud. If you like the music, take a seat near the speaker. There was no option to find a seat away from the noise and enjoy a book with the sound of waves and human conversation....

"We have been to PV many times but this was the first time at this resort. It is not a huge resort but just the right size and they had great shows at night. The staff was friendly and welcoming-especially Renee(greeted us right away) Fabian and Cristhian at Italian restaurant. Dalia lobby bar AMAZING and Alejandra at the pool bar by the adult pool. They were doing some renovations at the time but nothing to annoy you, only downfall was that a few bars and restaurants were not open due to this....

"Wonderful from the moment we arrived, friendly ladies greeted us, made the checking in an easy process, fantastic clean from the first step on the property all the way to our villa, amazing accommodations from the secure front gate to the comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. "The Hard Rock is an older resort and in need of repairs and upgrades. But the staff are wonderful and most are very friendly. Stepping out on the beautiful beach area and walking for kilometres was amazing. Bucerias is not far at all and a nice area to visit. The Melacon isn’t far away either. Definitely would go back. "
