I felt like this property was in a very good location, 25 min drive to the airport, 12 min drive to Mercado 28, and an easy 8 min walk to the Isla Mujeres Ferry, Incase you want to do some off property activities. We really enjoyed our stay here, rooms were very nice and spacious, really clean, and real quiet at night for a good night's rest. Hotel staff was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Local beach was covered with seaweed and stank

Seaweed problem awful, despite everyone's best efforts to remove. When machines are moving the seaweed, lots of flies appear. I wouldn't come to Playa Del Carmen for the beach, as it is not possible to use.
