Code entry for apartment. Small, comfortable 1 bedroom apartment with patio and lounge chairs. No sea view from our unit but it was only 1 block from the promenade starting at the estuary/sand dunes. "The hotel is both imposing and stunning, but sits well amidst beautifully landscaped pools and tropical gardens of swaying palms and parrots in the trees. Best location, close to lots of shopping/restaurants and the beach and dunes. The Unique Club breakfasts were fantastic, but overall the food offering is rather average, but the prices are fairly reasonable for a hotel of this class. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful."

"Axel Brach is always my first option when visiting. The staff is great in all areas of the property. We’ve stayed at other properties in the area, but none compare to Axel. Pool, bar, restaurant, housekeeping, front desk staff… all are the best. "

Great hosts and great food.

"Good service in all areas. Always smiling, welcoming and knowledgeable hosts and serving staff. The employees who are responsible for the miniclub etc. deserve a particularly high praise. Unfortunately, there were quite frequent outages on our room TV, but it was tolerable. In the rooms on the 1st floor, the view is unfortunately very disturbed by safety nets in relation to the rocks."
