"I was debating myself between the Hilton and the Hyatt hotel for my vacations in Cartagena. I am glad my choice was for the Hilton. The service is excellent, they are super kind and they do their best for you to spend a good time during your estance. The only con I can mention is that when I went to Las Chivas restaurant, the waiters were distracted and not very attentive. Except for that, I highly recommend. "

"We had the best girls' trip vacation! The hotel was beautiful. The grounds were amazing. We loved the wildlife, deer, and beautiful birds! The breakfast every morning was fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed all the variety of fruit and offerings. We decided to visit annually as we had so much fun and made many memories. "No hot water was a real let down. The light outside our window kept going on and off 7 or 8 times a minute which was very irritating The girl at the front came and hung up black garbage bags over the window which helped but didn’t stop it entirely. The breakfast is on the fourth floor don’t come if you have trouble climbing stairs the breakfast costs 15,000 for what they call American it’s not Just scrambled eggs and dry toast. "Hotel has an amazing views, the room was spacious and clean. Cindy the lady who cleaned our room was always smiling, and very attentive with all our requests. Breakfast was ok but would be great if they more variarity. Room service was great. I loved the Maki sushi restaurante on the 15th floor. Hotel is walkable distance to the beach and other amenities. Highly recommended!!!"
