"Mary was not nice when checking on reservations. She should have contacted a manger but didn’t but that’s ok, we called back and spoke with others who contacted the manager and they did us right. Other than Mary, our stay was excellent! Great getaway for family and we all enjoyed it. I would have given a 5 star rating if I hadn’t had to deal with her. Thank you!"

"Everything from outside to the lobby and the rooms were perfect. The rooms were very up to date and clean and the balcony over looking the the little pigeon river was awesome. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely stay at this location on my next trip. I would highly recommend. "

"We had a great stay the days that we got to stay. The cabin was clean and was perfect for a relaxing time. We unfortunately were there at the same time as the wildfires in Gatlinburg and had to be evacuated. Everyone was safe but would have liked better communication from the resort on the whole process and being able to return to the property."
