"The room was spacious, clean and welcoming. We were surprised to have two beds in separate areas of room. Two TVs, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. The two rocking chairs overlooking stream was pleasant. Breakfast was great; pancakes, eggs, sausage, hash browns, variety of juices, coffee snd teas. Extraordinary value for our money. You can’t go wrong staying here. "

"Our favorite Hotel in Pigeon Forge. However, this time the staff didn't seem as friendly... and the room just showed some overall age. We had a light out in the bathroom and the carpet was frayed in our room. Wasnt a huge issue but, since this was our 4th stay, we know this isn't the norm. We also didn't have coffee k-cups in our room and when they were requested, I wasn't treated very well it felt. "

"I had an excellent stay here. The loft style room was extremely convenient and comfortable, and most importantly clean. I also had a few personal requests and staff accommodated me well. Even being out on the balcony was nice. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone."
