"This is a fantastic place to stop for the night, or even for longer. Set in the middle of beautiful countryside, it felt like an escape from the rest of the world. The Domaine is very clean, comfortable and a welcome oasis for the weary traveller. Alain was very helpful in ensuring I checked in without any problems, and even went to the trouble of preparing an early breakfast for my departure the next day at 05:30. "Very quirky property, traditional French style in middle of St Valery with everything this beautiful town has to offer on the doorstep. Public parking available on the road just up from hotel. We stayed in Lawrence of Arabia suite which was interesting. Room to spread out in living area. Breakfasts are fantastic, with lovely fresh produce. Lovely host. "

"Nous avons été déçu par ce gîte moderne dans une nouvelle construction avec des équipements et déco faits avec goût mais mal insonorisés ( nos voisins étaient heureusement discrets ) Le petit déjeuner de 9 h à 9h 30 (horaire strict ) mené de façon assez « militaire «  .. et limite en quantité et sans un sourire .. sinon dans l’ensemble tout à fait correct .. "The hotel is perfectly positioned in a quiet street but only 100yds or so from the start of the central area, bars, restaurants and historic buildings. The room was fantastic and breakfast great. My only problem was Hotels.com info said was needed a negative covid test under 24hrs old from a pharmacy. We had to run round like crazy and spend €40 on the tests, only to find the hotel did not require them. Please update your information Hotels.com"
