"Overall, my experience was delightful. The staff were polite and incredibly helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. One suggestion I have is to consider adding a clock, perhaps on the work desk or bedside table, as it would make it easier for guests to keep track of time. I was particularly impressed by the efficiency of your taxi-calling service. On the morning of my airport transfer, I reserved a buffer of 10-15 minutes, but to my surprise, the taxi arrived within minutes. This efficiency significantly reduced my stress and ensured I had ample time before my flight. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and I look forward to visiting Citadines again or some of the other outlets in the future!"

It is my first time in Singapore and she made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Also, my birthday was the same day of check out and she made sure that I didn’t leave the hotel without a proper birthday gift. Greatly appreciated! I would definitely stay here again."

"Our new favorite home away from home in Singapore. 1 bedroom apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Easy walking to great parks, market, food, one of Singapore's best hawker centers, and super easy to catch the bus we needed. Coming home to the numerous amazing pools makes a huge difference in the tropical climate. Staff was professional and went above and beyond: Harry and Noris were particularly fabulous. Only downside is distance to MRT, but we found it easy enough to bus to the nearest station. Will definitely be back."
