"Mr Truong the Guest House proprietor was very helpful throughout my stay and arranged 2 enjoyable day excursions for me.The accomodation whilst tucked away down a small side alley is only approx a 40 minute walk or 5 min taxi ride from the Centre of Ninh Binh.There is a small supermarket on the main road virtually in front of the Guest House.I would recommend the De-lux rooms as the size is almost double that of standard.Breakfast can be ordered but I did not need it so cannot comment on the...

"Had a fantastic stay here - the location is beautiful, the staff are so helpful, rooms are lovely and clean, tasty breakfast which was included in room rate and free bikes available at the property so we were able to cycle to local attractions for free! Would definitely recommend - this is a great place to stay, relax and see Ninh Bimh. "

"Very friendly and welcoming family and staff. Clean comfortable rooms with great views. It was cold when we were there so having the aircon switched to heating was a boon. The food was good and filling which was appreciated, as the nearest restaurants and shops are 10 minutes walk away. Breakfasts are freshly prepared but as this is a small hotel it is not buffet style, it is nonetheless filling and tasty. Bikes and motorcycles are available for hire at the hotel. "

"Our family of 4 (includes 2 teenagers) really enjoyed our stay here. Wonderful family run homestyle type hotel. Located in small village surrounded by limestone mountains, the view from balcony is lovely. Old bikes are provided free of charge so we took off exploring the countryside. You can ride to Trang An and Mua Cave and walk to local restaurants at night. There is also a rooftop pool. Rooms are basic but very clean and have everything you need. The family who run it are extremely friendly...

"We had a relaxing break at chez cao after some hectic days in the city. The surroundings are very peaceful, the room was clean and had everything you need. The staff went above and beyond to help us make the most of our days in ninh Binh. "

"We absolutely LOVED staying with Lilly. We rented a scooter from the Homestay to get around and it was perfect. Lilly was so kind and attentive. The staff was always super helpful and I’ve got nothing but great things to say about our experience here. Breakfast was pretty good too! All in all it’s a great option and having been backpacking for over a month now I can say this was one of my favourite stays so far. Thank you! "

"The staff and management were friendly añd obliging, the property clean and well maintained. It was so peaceful and the scenery magnificent. We loved being able to borrow the homestay's free bicycles to ride to the Trang An river cruise. The staff gave us water and a snack for our onward journey which was much appreciated. "

Amazing hotel with the best service

"We had such an amazing time staying here ! The receptionist, Sien, was so helpful and sweet. I believe the reception desk is staffed 24 hours, she was there when we got in late and at breakfast as well. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. She also helped us with bike rental and laundry. The room was very comfortable and clean. We only wish we were staying here longer "
