"We really enjoyed staying here. It’s perfectly placed in the centre of Tam Coc meaning there’s dozens of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. The boat tour from the harbour opposite is stunning. D was a great host and provided a load of options for things to do to make the most of the Ninh Binh area. We hired a moped through the hotel for a good price and were able to see all of the wonderful sights. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again. "

"Wow property and the best service we received from Lily and her husband. Delicious fresh homemade breakfast every morning. Plenty of fresh fruit and freshly squeezed orange juice daily. Lily’s made sure her guests were always happy and catered to their every need. She organized our transportation for the night sleeper bus to Hue and even took us to bus stop herself. Amazing experience and customer service. I can’t wait to come back to this beautiful hotel with very large and comfortable...

"We booked while in Sa Pa as it was good priced and looked nice. We left Sa Pa a night early, so i messaged the hotel on whatsapp to ask if we could have a room that night also. They gave us a room for the extra night at very short notice. We arrived at almost midnight, but the manager was ready and waiting for us. He ran out and collected our bags and took them to our room then showed us around. He was a very nice man, with good english skills. The next day we had a fresh local breakfast and they told us of the nice sights to see. While we were sight seeing they washed our laundry for us. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel is in a lovely and quiet area close to nice restaurants and local attractions. Highly recommend the hotel to anyone "

"Stayed here on a family trip Great value for money Family that run the home stay went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a good one Gave us advice on things to see, hired a bike and scooters at very reasonable rates. Breakfast was included and very good. Would definitely stay again. "
