"The room was nice. The elevator took forever for only 4 floors. I used the stairs. The buffet breakfast at the restaurant was no different from the complimentary breakfast many other hotels serve except this breakfast was $24.98 per person! The staff said we could not order off of the menu, it was buffet only. Definitely not worth the money."

"The staff are amazing at this hotel. I stay at numerous hotels and the service of the staff felt like a 5 star hotel. Very friendly and accommodating! The hotel room was clean and very comfortable. Fitness room is very nice for a 3 star hotel. They also have a full size laundry room for guest to use. The breakfast and options for breakfast are good. There are even healthier options. Would definitely stay here again if in Phoenix area."
