"The property is centrally located and walkable to the train station and city centre. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Things to note: Trip to and from the airport is a fixed-rate 30Euros (steep for a 2.5 mile ride). There are three flights of stairs to climb and no lift, so not friendly if you are mobility challenged. Breakfast is in the busy café next door. "

It's in a location that is very convenient to the train station, the hotel itself is very clean and nice, the staff friendly and attentive, it was quiet, etc. On the downside, the hotel itself is located on the inside of a mixed-use building. "The staff was nice, goos customer service. The rooms were clean and good amenities. However, the location is more “industrial” not so much a walking area which is not too bad. The walls are thin and could hear the people next door even when they were in the bathroom. The hotel overall is nice! Good variety for breakfast. "

"Lots of graffiti everywhere. The Centro part of town has unpaved, narrow, one way streets. Two neighborhood restaurants were excellent and offered very good value. The staff were helpful but at night, the streets were not well lighted. The breakfast buffet was very good with a combination of European and American breakfast items."
