"We were welcomed with a drink on the beautiful balcony while they brought our bags to the room. The room was spacious and air conditioned, however; the comforter was heavy. The breakfast was wonderful. A very nice buffet with an incredible view. They even had mimosas! The spa and outdoor tub looked nice but we did not use. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Charming hotel with good breakfast and lots of dining options. 5 min walk from the Grindelwald station. I injured my knee skiing at Jungfrau and went to to local doctor. The hotel was able to send a car to pick me up. They also took our family to the train station at checkout."

It had just snowed and we were captivated by the stunning views of the Eiger and surrounding peaks; a postcard-worthy panorama that seemed almost too good to be true. The charm of the hotel begins with its warm and welcoming staff, who go above and beyond to ensure your stay is flawless. The two brothers are amazing and treat everyone like family. Every interaction was friendly and genuine, making me feel right at home. They even upgraded us to a panoramic suite. My room was a cozy modern retreat, blending traditional Swiss alpine aesthetics with contemporary touches. The balcony view was the highlight, offering a private slice of paradise where I could unwind while soaking in the majesty of the mountains. For outdoor enthusiasts, the location is unbeatable. Whether you're hiking, skiing, or exploring Grindelwald, everything is within easy reach. After a day of adventure, the hotel’s tranquil ambiance provides the perfect place to relax and recharge.
