Staff were very helpful & friendly in giving advice also. Cannot recommend enough! "

"This is a comfortable hotel and within walking or public transport reach - Trams 12 & 14 stop right outside and Florenc Metro is nearby. My room was comfortable and clean and quiet, the only let down was a lack of tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast is plentiful but there is limited space in the breakfast room, and a cut-off hour of 10am means there was a lot of congestion between 9 and 10. Also there were often shortages of juice glasses, coffee cups and other essentials"
