"I loved our trip here. We really enjoyed the private

and the pools. One thing i didn't appreciate is that some staff told us we had to pay for wifi and on our last day another staff said oh no its free. So while we enjoyed being unplugged it was hard to keep in touch with family & work. Also i didn't really like the food, i would've enjoyed more variety and FANS, please install fans for the heat and for the flies. The night entertainment was amazing just needed some fans for that heat....

We weren’t told that there is a charge to clean our room at the end of our stay, was a complete surprise. Expedia you need to let your clients know of the charge."
