I am Expedia Platinum. I travel over 150 nights a year to travel the world. This Las Hadas hotel is one of the world's greatest and yet worn hotels. It's not for everyone, but for those who can tolerate its deficiencies satisfaction awaits you. Walking disability makes this glorious gem an issue for a few. Hot water can take time, and all inclusive isn't fully all inclusive, and yet everyone tries to make your experience at Las Hadas a vacation to remember for the good. The Las Hadas Marina in the hotels grounds has fantastic restaurants. The entertainment crew are always on hand to make your wonderland experience more pleasurable. In 100 years when I'm long gone this hotel will still provide pleasure to those that venture into the more adventurous experience.

They gave me the farthest room almost literally from the office. The coffee maker didn't work and I asked every day for 4 days for it to be replaced but it never happened. There was no patio furniture on the patio. I asked every day for 5 days for it to be replaced. But that Never happened. I asked for ice in my room. Never happened. The water never gets hot. If you ask for any of these things to be remedied, you're going to get an Okie dokie answer. They're calling their partner right now to help you out. And no one will ever come.

I will say this , the resort manager was very nice and tried his best to help . The problem with this place is when I checked in they did not upgrade my room and I am a gold member . They had many rooms to upgrade me too but refused until I spoke to manger . I bought the all inclusive package but was not allowed to order food in my room unless I paid , they only have one resturant that closes at 10:00 pm , it’s only buffet and a taco stand . It’s a nice place but needs a lot of work .

Very disappointed with our experience,the hotel needs a major update. The public washrooms were quite dirty as was the pool,lots of debris floating everywhere and you could see a layer of scum floating on top. It was a pain to line up for restaurant reservations every day for only two restaurants,the food in the buffet was terrible. We paid extra for all inclusive and upgraded to the Brisa’s club,what a rip off. We were supposed to be in an adults only section and we often heard kids running and yelling in the hall. The Brisa’s pool was tiny and at the end of the property away from everything,very inconvenient. Even with the upgrades we would have to pay extra for “top shelf liquor” Absolute vodka was extra! The rest of the vodka was garbage. The one bright spot could have been the New Year’s party,but the music was so loud that people were leaving. We were at a table with 20 something year olds and they were even complaining. Never again.

Nice architecture and some gardens well kept. Check-In takes over an hour and there was no words, comments, instructions or assistance about the property at all. Nothing that you had to make reservations for restaurants. No information about events going on. No information of how to get anywhere on the property it was.take your credit card and then they are done. If you don't ask any questions and you have no idea about the fact that you have to book restaurants at certain times of the day, you're only allowed to do certain areas of the property because I was told I wasn't allowed to use the adult pool because of the room I booked. When I checked out there was no words or discussion about the stay. They did not ask how it was. All they did was checked me out and said no words and that was the end of it. Of all the properties I have traveled in the world I've never had so little information and little service and assistance from staff at a hotel.

Overall the property is average. The bed was comfortable, however our AC unit was not functioning and the temperature was uncomfortable. We tried many times (unsuccessfully) to communicate this to the front desk. We did manage to have a service guy come and "fix" it but it never reached 21C. Front desk staff do not speak English, which is strange because their bell staff and wait staff do. Even the service guy spoke more English than the front desk clerk. Check in process was also frustratingly long. Hotel food was good (above average) but several great options for food adjacent.

Nice style and design of buildings. This property has a huge problem. I booked through Expedia no problem but they including the manager forced be to double pay for my booking. Their website did not have any rooms available and did NOT do a booking with zero confirmation and said no rooms available. Then I booked in Expedia. When I checked out it took over an hour because they were making me pay all over again and do a double payment because the hotels website saved the rooms and they wanted me to pay for them all again even though their website said no rooms available and I did not get a booking confirmation. Extremely unacceptable. I then heard from two other people that this exact same thing happened to them and they were forced to double pay on checkout because the website of Las Hadas saved rooms even though it said no rooms available and no confirmation but they had to double pay on checkout. The manager even knew that this is what had happened and why would I book two extra rooms and he still made me pay on my credit card at checkout. Cannot believe this happened . Completely unacceptable when they know it is their fault and their website that doesn't work. Will NOT be ever returning to this property for obvious reasons.

It’s a beautiful location with great ocean views and access to the beach. The property itself is outdated and in need of upgrades and repairs. I booked 2 rooms for my family and we were side by side. Unfortunately day two my dad had to be relocated due to having no lights and faulty wiring. The elevators were broken down the first 2 days as well. On one occasion, we were in the shower when the water suddenly shut down for a few minutes. So strange. The first 3 nights our TV would mysteriously switch on all by itself while we were sleeping! Access to the rooms is limited due to all the stairs but luckily there’s transportation on the premises. Dinner options are difficult due to needing reservations at 2 of the 3 dining locations. The food at the buffet was an 8/10. Overall it was a nice trip, staff were friendly, but they need a serious update throughout.
