"First time traveling with 2 dogs. This place is very dog friendly and even has a little gated area near the entrance where dogs can play/potty. Make sure to clean after your dog. Overall a very nice cozy spot to book for a family trip. Monterrey, CA is a great place to take the family for a nice getaway from busy LA. There is a $45 fee per night/per dog. "

"This is a beautiful, well-maintained property, surrounded by stunning surroundings. The atmosphere is quiet and very relaxing. The bedrooms & bathrooms are very large, and the bedding is very comfortable - a patio or deck is also included. The restaurant food is excellent, and it has a lovely patio for outside dining when the weather is warm. In addition, the entire staff is very friendly & accommodating. My husband and I have been staying at this property for many years and it never disappoints! "
