"I really am struggling to think of any negatives about my stay so I guess that speaks volumes. The staff can’t do enough for you (without being too overbearing), rooms are of a good quality and the range + standard of food on offer is some of the best I’ve experienced. "

"Overall positive experience on this trip - staff were very accommodating on the late check-in requirement and handled requests in a timely manner. We did have an issue with hot water on the final day/morning, however, weren't able to get it corrected - small issue in an overall positive stay."

"Rooms are well appointed but not kept clean. Maintenance is lacking. Found a cockroach running all around the room. Spa is in real bad maintenance and very very unclean. To be avoided completely. Unfortunately there are not many choices of good hotels in Hosur so this might still be the best bet."

"Cost was way too much compared to the location and carpet area of the room. Balcony was also too small. Room Service staff was not up to the mark,they take too much time to fulfill the service. House cleaning staff came only 1 day in my 5 day stay."

"I took two rooms at starlit service apartments. Getting there was a bit of trouble because of bad roads, however the place was very good. The rooms were good, have an owen, television, induction stove, tea/coffee maker, excellent beds. The staff were friendly and easily available for our service. Though a service apartment they were as good a good 4 star hotel. Impressed!"

"Honestly I never liked this hotel and I would classify it as a worst hotel experience so far. The front desk is not welcoming the guest with greetings. The front desk does not have an option to transact with foreign (Canadian credit cards). The front desk lady is poor in communication and lack of knowledge. The room is not so great. "Looters, they got a booking stating AC room. But they conned us and said the booking was for standard room without AC. Took 500 rupees extra. No proper parking place as well. Then again next day they refused complimentary breakfast. Then when we raised the Voice they said it is not der in their mail. The rooms are best said ok. Mosquito's share ur room for free.
