"Rooms are well appointed but not kept clean. Maintenance is lacking. Found a cockroach running all around the room. Spa is in real bad maintenance and very very unclean. To be avoided completely. Unfortunately there are not many choices of good hotels in Hosur so this might still be the best bet."

"On the whole it wasn't a pleasant stay. The phones weren't working and it was a pain reaching the reception and room service. The beds were creaking and making a lot of noise. Pulled down the sheets and slept on the floor whole night. Horrible. Least expected from a hotel of this class. The water pressure was not sufficient too. Couldn't reach the manager too for he was busy in meetings... Only solace was the breakfast spread , which was good. "

"Food is average I ordered in room service, naan was good, but the paneer items that I ordered on the side was not good, power went off in the room so thay moved to a new room without fridge and missing bath glass door, morning breakfast has a very limited spread, and it takes them a very long time to refil, items that finish, I had to wait quite a bit for the items, and some never were refilled even after repeated reminders"

"Choose the hotel since it was close to Electronic City. Due to Metro construction, entry via service roads beside the National Highway is very bad. The decor of the hotel is very old school and distinct Indian style. Dinner buffet was only veg but one of the most unique spreads I have encountered. Fitness center was adequate."

"The Property was not neat and the kitchen was very limited with food. The Rooms had Cockroaches and was unable to sleep properly. Even the Kitchen was not available on demand. I would not recommend to stay at this hotel for family with kids."

"Honestly I never liked this hotel and I would classify it as a worst hotel experience so far. The front desk is not welcoming the guest with greetings. The front desk does not have an option to transact with foreign (Canadian credit cards). The front desk lady is poor in communication and lack of knowledge. The room is not so great. "Friendly staff and top class dining and leisure options including pool & spa. Hotel rooms are getting bit dated however they are kept in a tidy state. Breakfast spread really awesome with fresh omelette and dosas(crispy pancake)"
