"Comfortable and convenient. Great location next to shopping centre and ladies markets. Very easy to get around all of Hong kong with the MTR 3 mins walk or all buses. Central 10 mins away. Hotel more comfortable than most but cleaning and maintenance not 100%. We had a broken electric blind the whole time which caused a bit of distress but other than that pretty good. "

"This is a conveniently located hotel with very good service and lovely staff. However, the hotel needs some updating. I had a premier room which looked like it was last updated in the 90’s. Especially the bathroom - the toilet flush stopped working a couple of times and there was always a waft of sewage that you could even smell from the bedroom. "

I was fortunate enough to be upgraded to a top notch suite for which I am most grateful. I also took the opportunity to have a casual but intimate dinner in the G/F restaurant. I shall be back !! "
