"Walking distance from a few malls and many restaurants. So many eateries that we were over whelmed with choices. Hotel condition is a little old but for the price is ok. Pub right downstairs for some chilling. Other hotels nearby are more expensive."

"the staff were sweet and helpful and i dont speak chinese. it made me feel at home where i can be safe. i lost my key card and they replaced it without any hassle or fee. the cleaning lady was the sweetest ensuring i had new water every day. its very close to the convention centre and the value is amazing. i hope i can come back again to royal star apartments. 🍀🙏🍀"

"its for a group of 4 and the 2 bedroom suite was spacious, clean and the location of the hotel cannot get any better. highly recommend for an overnight stay at this hotel. the mattress was sooo comfortable all of us had such good rest.."

"i use this hotel , over a period of many years. Location to central area good, for food , metro & tourism. Bed mattress & pillows have been updated, in my room 1#01. Laundry facilites have been removed , in last 3~4 wks & update is unknown, atm. Even though property interior feels “dated”, staff are friendly enough. Mandarin & Cantonese is used. English = unknown. I would use this hotel again , in future."

"We booked 2 rooms and 1 of the room is really smelly. Report to the front and they have the housekeeper spray some Ecolab try to clear out the smell , once they sprayed, it’s clear out but later the day smell come back, did report again and look like no one can handle or willing to exchange another room for us. Also the other room, the dryer didn’t work, a lot of wear and tears. building was old but acceptable."

"Property is located in an apartment building sitting above a plaza. Accessible to convenient stores, food restaurants and groceries. We really enjoyed our stay here and would book with serve you international again. Although we had a language barrier good ol translation app fixes this. They were helpful in making sure our needs were met like booking us car hires and directing us in the right directions."

"This is a great option for family! We, a family of 4, had a 3-bedroom (building 2 -15D) unit with three comfortable bedrooms, spacious and convenient! The apartment with friendly staff is walking distance to Xin'an subway station and MiniWalk Shopping Mall. It's strongly recommended!!! "
