"Amazing Start to our holiday, Staff Helpful and Friendly, Clean Rooms, Amazing Food, Close to everything, Transport was close BTS Trains and taxis, amazing Room, City view from Balcony :), room was quiet, got an upgrade which made the start to our holiday even better, Mini bar stocked every day, cannot fault this hotel. 10 out of 10 from us."

"Amazing hotel. Clean. Very central. Nice pool. Amazing staff. Great breakfast the only cons I can say, it took us literally 15-20min to get out of the hotel through the central world shopping mall or through the BTS skywalk or through the main entrance of the hotel. Lobby is lovely in level 23 you have to take 2 lifts to get to your room. Otherwise everything else in absolutely amazing "

"Beautiful property, very large, modern rooms. Excellent breakfast, best ever experienced. Gym is good for a hotel. Pool is nice but shaded all day. Great rooftop bar. Only complaint is elevator waits are long. Note that they take a deposit on reservation and if your credit card changes on check in they make you pay the full amount then and then claim they will refund your deposit - still waiting for my refund one week after stay. "

"Madly deeply in love with Banyan Tree. Amazing property and beautiful place. Very lovely people and I love the saffron restaurant. Amazing food and view. Breakfast is amazing and all special diets are being taking care of. I also liked the staff there. At the front desk there is a very sweet person called Annie. " I have been staying at The Pathumwan Princess for many years and it just gets better and better. The location could not be better and the junior suite I booked was large and comfortable. The staff were very attentive. I particularly enjoyed the Club Lounge, which was of the very highest quality. Afternoon Tea was served there each day and drinks and snacks in the evening. I always enjoy the outdoor pool and the two hot tubs and this visit was no exception. There is a plethora of luxury hotels in Bangkok, however I fine The Pathumwan Princess to be the creme de la creme"
