"Das Schloss, der Park, der Pferdebereich tolles Ambiente. Service…naja. Informationen 0 Die Chalets auf den ersten Blick ok. Dann aber der 2te Blick…. Sauberkeit, Polster Mief, 5Sterne hier bezieht der Gast noch selber seine Betten ( kostet ja auch nur 20€ extra dafür das man es selber macht wohlgemerkt ). Achso hatte ich die fehlende Sauberkeit erwähnt ? 80€ Endreinigung wird wohl anderweitig verwendet…. Hausgroesse super, Schlafzimmer zu klein. 2 Zimmer im Obergeschoss mit je 2 kleinen Betten...

"Wlan Passwort war ungültig obwohl auf der Internetseite groß das kostenlose wlan angepriesen wurde. Nur eine Steckdose, warmes Wasser ging zwischenzeitlich nicht, dreckige Ecken mit Spinnenweben, ungemütliche Kissen, leere Seife, Fermbedienung ging nicht. Schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis"

"Bei 14 Grad wäre eine Heizung mind. im Bad wünschenswert gewesen und warum das Frühstück so hoch bewertet ist bleibt mir ein Rätsel, das war ein 08/15 Continental Frühstück, mit bitterem Kaffee, zu kurz aufgebackenen Brötchen und nichteinmal einem Ei. Die Lage und die Aussicht sind dagegen zweifelsfrei schön."

"I will definitely stay here again. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was neat. Krakow is a cute little fishing village. The only negative was that there wasn't an elevator and we were on the last level. This is definitely a problem for someone who can't climb stairs like my 86 year old mom who just had hip replacement surgery. But once we made it up we just stayed in the room for the night. The breakfast was good the next morning. Again the staff was very pleasant."
