"Great location in downtown Manila. You are welcomed by smiling faces and friendly reception. The porter is eager to help with your luggage. The facilities are lovely and feel like an old style Marriott or Hilton. They have a balcony in front of the rooms that overlooks a swimming pool. The busiest street market is literally in front of the hotel and it’s walking distance to the Moa Mall and trains. Lots of transportation options are available and it’s next door to Heritage Casino Hotel....

"Great location if using Victory Liner which is just out back door. Hotel is small and old, but is being renovated. This was my third stay and I noticed my room this time had an updated shower and bathroom. Some rooms can be noisy as the hotel is between the bus station and a major highway. Reception can arrange for price negotiated taxi service of 350 pesos to airport which I consider reasonable. Small restaurant in building and food is local and reasonably priced. Hotel has wi-fi."

"PROS: Near the airport (NAIA). Size of the rooms. CONS: Initial check in was poor. Handling of the luggage curbside didn’t happen. The initial check in at the front desk was hurried and not welcoming. Food at breakfast was low quality."
