"Positives • Very central, 4 minutes walk to Monastiraki station, 40 minutes on the direct line to the airport • Very polite and friendly reception staff • Clean room, comfortable bed Less Positive • Too much surplus furniture which made a good-sized room feel cramped • Poor soundproofing. "I really enjoyed the property and was happy that they fixed the issue that occurred when they gave me a completely different suite that I booked & prepaid for. After bringing it up to their attention. The staff was all very helpful. Also, not many English television channels are available at the property and do try to bring euros to give tips and pay for taxis there. The only current issue that I do have is getting my deposit back and do hope it is released soon. "
